India is home to the world’s largest youth population — over 300 million young people aged 10–24. This group has immense social and economic potential, yet challenges like unemployment, limited access to skilling and other opportunities continue to hold back many in an AI-driven future. That is why Adobe and UNICEF’s Generation Unlimited are partnering to help close India’s youth skills gap in the creative and digital economy, with an aim to equip young people with in-demand, transferable skills and real-life experience for a rapidly evolving world. The shared-value partnership is piloting an initiative that integrates Adobe’s Digital Academy curricula into Generation Unlimited’s Passport to Earning program, providing free, certifiable and market-relevant training to young people across India. Its "Design Fundamentals with AI" course will introduce learners to digital design and generative AI through hands-on projects that lead to a professional certificate and portfolio.
