Recalling when FOX became a decent competitor to the older established three networks is when it won broadcast television rights to the National Football League (NFL) away from CBS, and in late 1993 FOX signed a contract with the NFL to televise games, so since 1956 CBS was the only place to watch NFL games, but FOX then started its new television showing of the 1994 NFL season. 😺 🥛

Where is the media chatter about Trump’s seeming dementia, or the round-the-clock panels on cable news discussing the current president’s mental competence? Why do we continue to give a pass to a 78-year-old who we can all see is in cognitive decline, and who now comes across as more “befuddled and incoherent” than Biden ever did?
