In May 2024, I left UiPath after an amazing 7+ years filled with learning, growth, and wonderful relationships. Joining UiPath in its early days and watching it grow into an automation industry superpower was a fascinating experience. It was a journey in which I learned from many and made lifelong friends. While I intended to take at least a year’s break, Balamurugan Arumugam spoke to me about Klarity early in the summer. I was intrigued, and when I spoke to Nischal Nadhamuni and Andrew Antos, I was blown away by the company, its product, and its culture. It was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up! A big thanks to everyone who supported me along the way – colleagues, partners, and mentors who made this chapter at UiPath so meaningful. Sharing my Year-in-Review with UiPath Community. I haven't been able to contribute to the UiPath community in a while(life happens), but this year I've had the chance to resume my contributions again to this amazing community. While it might not have been as much as I'd hoped, I've come to realize that the size of contributions doesn't matter as much as the intent behind them. Whether it's sharing a quick tip, solving a small problem, or offering support to someone else's idea, every action adds value. What truly matters is the willingness to give, to help, and to be a part of the community's growth. Hence, I am sharing my year-in-review as a reminder to anyone who thinks he/she -> doesn't have enough bandwidth to contribute heavily -> doesn't possess enough knowledge on the matter to start contributing -> will not be on a par with other's contributions -> doesn't know where and how to start -> will not be able to contribute consistently Ignore any ifs and buts that are blocking you, JUST START, And if you have already started, JUST KEEP GOING - remember, Big or Small doesn't matter! I always believe in 'There is something to learn from everything you do.' Here I am concluding Hack-a-Bot 2024 experience with few of my key takeaways: 1. Stay on track! - Keeping up with the timeline of any hackathon you participate is highly crucial. Always plan for a buffer time. 2. Embrace flexibility - Always be ready to try out different approaches. This is very important as we may fail to get the required results all with one approach. 3. Stay focused - Do not rush up, disturbed or influenced by the environment. Take in everything you hear but process only what is essential. 4. Presentation speaks! - If you’re not fully prepared, consider waiting for your turn rather than presenting first. This can give you extra preparation time and may even help in boosting your score. 5. Finish what you start - Complete the solution whether or not you win the game! It might be recognized in ways that you didn't expect. I'm really thankful for the chance to learn and work with UiPath. I was assigned to this automation training for my internship project which required me to form an automated robot to download and combine data that need to be visualized in Tableau server using RPA UiPath. This powerful tool has completely transformed how I handle complex tasks by making automation straightforward and efficient. UiPath's easy-to-use interface and powerful features have made it simple for me to create and deploy automation solutions. This experience has boosted my technical skills and sparked new ideas for problem-solving. Additionally, the knowledge I've acquired has not only increased my productivity but also provided me with a valuable asset that is highly sought after in today's digital world.Being part of the UiPath community is inspiring, and I appreciate all the support and resources that come with it.
