After more than three years at Blizzard Entertainment, I have decided to move on to my next adventure. Friday was my last day. The past three years have been full of unexpected twists and turns, but I feel honored to have worked with and met so many great people at Blizzard and across the Activision Blizzard businesses. I'll be taking a short break before making my next move. Stay tuned!

Claire, I know we didn't get to work too much together 1-on-1, but I'm going to miss you so much. You have been such a strong pillar for the legal team since you started here, and having you as an ally for accessibility work was amazing. Thank you for everything you've done for Blizzard, for being a true leader, and pushing us to be better. <3 Good luck on whatever is coming next for you - they are so lucky to have you!

Today is World Intellectual Property Day! This year's theme is about youth and innovation - exploring (in part) how young creators can use IP to achieve their goals, generate income and more. This is a topic I get to think about every day as the legal leader at Genies, and as a self-professed IP nerd at heart, it's part of what makes my job so fun.
