What worries do you have about accessing like long term care and resources to pay for care, home modifications and other support? My worry is. My worry is what every cancer patients worry is what if. I'm doing great today and a year from now on. What if I need assistive devices? What if I need additional surgeries? What if I need chemotherapy or radiation? How will I access who will take me? How can I do those? If it is just me by myself. Right. How would children do those things? Since they're. At a higher risk. It's more like. To be an issue for that. That's terrifying. What if I'm? Not your anymore and it ends up being my grandchildren or my great grandpa. Yeah, Walk Harris is. My investment and the day that I'm not here. To make sure that someone can provide that care.

CAREGIVER RECOVERY… Self Care is such a big part of living a healthy life, mind, body and spirit. As a Family Caregiver I hated when someone mentioned Self Care. But in 2017 when the doctors told me I only had 6 months to live because my body was literally shutting down from the stress of caring for a loved one after only three years in I had no choice but to learn how to redefine self care. Today as I recover from my almost 10 years of being a Family Caregiver self care is just as important. After putting myself second for almost a decade I’m still learning what things work for me and what I like to do. Soo I’m trying new things until I create a new life that works for me. Prime IV Hydration & Wellness was my latest self care experience. It was one I’ll be adding to my self care routine.
