Do you have a pre-existing condition like cancer or diabetes? If so, I-2124 on Washington's fall ballot will leave you with no long-term coverage options because private insurance won't cover you. Kimberly Allen joins me on my new mini-series, More On 2124, to share her experience with private insurance. I appreciate the conversation, Christina Keys. Taking away this crucial public benefit and leaving us at the mercy of private long-term care insurance is NOT the answer. Thanks for helping voters understand what’s at stake, and how we need to defeat I-2124.

This is super well explained. I think it's so important that people know just how many people simply do not have the option of private long term care insurance.

Agreed to all of this! I-2124 needs to be voted down to preserve a benefit that will help so many Washingtonians!

Love it! Thank you to both of you for sharing your stories to remind folks why we need WA Cares.
