With more than 160 Year 9 and 10 girls in attendance, we were delighted to showcase how our organisation can be a pathway into these exciting fields.   Our team ran an interactive session exploring the connection between personal motivations and career choices, guiding students through a real-world scenario that demonstrated how diverse roles in tech come together to solve problems and make an impact.   We’re proud to continue our partnership with HerTechPath and help inspire the next generation of women in technology.

Diversity isn’t just a buzzword, it’s the foundation of real innovation and sustainable growth. Yesterday’s conference was a great reminder of that. 💡 I had the pleasure of attending an inspiring conference on diversity and growth in the tech industry, a topic that truly deserves more attention! The event, hosted by Dansk Erhverv, Industriens Fond, Women In Tech Denmark, and InTech Founders, focused on how diversity is not only about representation but also a key growth driver in the tech sector. We heard insightful talks from Anne-Sophie Elmo, founder of School To Go, AND Ann-Mia Ambjerg, founder of ARIS Robotics, who shared their entrepreneurial journeys and how AI plays a role in their businesses. I left the event buzzing with ideas and inspiration and a renewed belief that diversity isn’t just the right thing to do, it’s one of the smartest growth strategies any tech company can embrace. It was a powerful reminder that innovation thrives when different perspectives meet.
