The invention of the car caused cities to: * Pave roads * Build traffic light systems * Build parking lots * Change public transit from trolleys to buses * Create zoning laws * Build motels and drive thrus * Create safety regulations * Create highways and toll roads They didn’t just create hitching posts for cars or start filling horse troughs with gas. AI will transform how businesses operate, and will take decades to diffuse. The long-term winners are, in my view, the people who reimagine their business processes from start to finish instead of just bolting AI into the current architecture. Requires significant investment and vision.

Threat management is a big one. Could AI also be the cause of threat because of loophones in how these AI systems work?

At esynergy we’ve noticed a similar increase in GenAI Proof of Concepts (PoCs) going live. Interestingly, over 50% of the time and effort goes into monitoring, testing, governing, explaining, and operating these GenAI solutions. This is because managing GenAI is very different from traditional AI and software. What are your experiences and insights on testing, monitoring, and governing GenAI solutions?
