For our society to eliminate the inequities in America, each of us needs to have the will to change, the heart to trust and the energy to lead. We are conducting a top-to-bottom review of our operating practices, pay and promotions for people of color and women to further promote equity and equality at Allstate. Through the Allstate Foundation we will focus on accelerating equity and helping drive systemic change.

The Allstate Foundation and other intiatives are near and dear to my heart. When I was an employee of one their agents they matched my donation to the South Suburban Crisis Center. Zero red tape. Thank you for that!
I am new to the industry and I have not received fair amount of training as other. Or the same treatment when it comes to my counter parts. When ur a man of color you just get us too it and move on. Hopefully i will find the right fit for me like so many are protesting for.

3yLook at all the faces that are saying . Their proud of All State family. It's funny their all white of course ur proud to be in the family! When ur not the one's being mislead, mistreated or told u have to wait. They just open there arms to show u everything u need to be successful. When it comes to us nd we notice the BS! We're the problem for speaking on the BS we deal with.
