Work video calls on platforms like Zoom, Teams, or Bluejeans are indulging those seeking a rare look into managers' and co-workers’ homes. And as workers become more aware of the “décor peeping” taking place, participants are increasingly curating their backgrounds to make an individual statement to colleagues.
