- [Instructor] When I create a Room Finish Schedule, I usually like to do a slightly more advanced version of the traditional Room Finish Schedule. And that kind of Room Finish Schedule is broken into two separate parts. The first part is creating what's called a Schedule Key, which has all the different materials that'll be a part of that Room Finish Schedule. Then, I'll create the Room Finish Schedule itself, which will reference those Schedule Keys. To create the Schedule Keys, which is key schedule, which can then be put somewhere inside of your document set, we first need to go up here to the View tab on the ribbon, then select on Schedules. Then click Schedules/Quantities. In the New Schedule dialog box, the materials that we'll be creating a new schedule for will still be related to rooms, so we need to scroll down until we find rooms.
