We empower our employees to lean in and embrace AI, but we also ensure we're doing it where it matters, for customer value and for benefit to the business. - The key to getting a real return on your AI investment is a human-centered approach. - Copilot plus agents plus human ambition unlocks transformational AI value. - AI is enabling our human beings to provide services at scale to our customers and clients so we can do a lot more. And a lot of this starts with using AI every single day. - What we're working on now is this great marriage between Copilot and agents. And as agents become more and more capable, we will see our people interacting with Copilot in a way that helps them accomplish more than they ever could before, by scaling through the use of these agents that can take on tasks and that can automate and streamline their work for them. - The operating mode of the future is going to be working hand in hand with agents to get work done, and you want to start building the skills to do that effectively. - I truly think we are entering a time where we will be able to drive innovation and efficiency at levels not possible before. - At Microsoft, we are seeing how AI and agents can significantly enhance customer experiences by personalizing interactions and streamlining support services. - Today, working without a computer feels unimaginable.
