Governance & Compliance Senior Specialist

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Ensures effectiveness of internal control environments, both physical and procedural, and compliance with the KSA procedures and systems.
• Assists in implementation and continuous enhancement of internal audit procedures, standards, and methodologies.
• Develop the detailed compliance & governance plans with stakeholders including the identification of Regulatory gap areas and any other operational requirements to promote organizational wide compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Identifies and evaluates risks arising from the operational/routine activities, prepares audit reports and provides recommendations, agrees with the reporting manager on the same and presents outcome to the senior management.
• Keeps abreast on new developments in all relevant departments, conducts frequent on-site discussions with the business and the audit teams to ensure veracity/feasibility of audit recommendations.
• Ensures the dissemination of regulatory developments, review and advise the relevant business areas on regulatory changes, applicable best practices as well as governance principles to ensure adherence.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant major .

EXPERIENCE :

• Minimum 3 years related Experience .
