For an internal Call Center Telephony service optimization project, we are seeking a Technical Project Coordinator. This is an engagement on a contract-basis, for 3 to 6 months (depending on milestone achievement rate), at 32-40 hours a week. Compensation will be in the range of EUR 4000 – 6500/month, commensurate with skills and experience.
Role Description:
You will work closely with our Technical Architect/PM, and the technical Subject Matter Experts, to inventorize and formally document the requirements and running issues of over a dozen of our geographically dispersed call centers. Subsequently you will coordinate the migration of the current decentralized management of the telephony and call center infrastructure to a centralized team of qualified technicians. Your primary base of operations will be our office at Schiphol-Rijk (near Amsterdam), but some (European) travel may be required.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Proven track record in managing medium to large sized IT Projects.
Familiarity with Call Center technologies (Cisco, Avaya) and Operations.
Solid understanding of ITIL principles.
Fluent in English, with fluency in any additional European languages considered a plus.
Highly proficient with MS Office, specifically Visio, Project, Excel, Powerpoint.
