  • You’ll be a member of the Exchange and Collaboration Services team, within Intrum Justitia’s Data Center.  This team is specialized in Windows Enterprise Applications (i.e. Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server O.S, Lync and RDS etc), Citrix, PKI, Desktop Management, McAfee ePO and Web Proxy solutions.  In addition to technical skills you should have a proven track record in project task delivery and working within an ITIL process-driven environment.

       

      

    Within this position, you will be expected to drive improvements, run your own activities and engage effectively with your customers and peers.  Working within a relaxed, but highly productive atmosphere, the role will give you considerable latitude to develop both our infrastructure and those colleagues in more junior positions.  Due to Intrum’s spread across 20 sites over the EU, you will have the opportunity to work within a truly international environment.

      

      

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Proven Windows System Administrator skills
    • Senior level understanding of at least 3 of the following: Active Directory (DNS, GPO, etc), Lync, Exchange, Web Proxies/Filtering, Citrix, RDS, File Serving and McAfee ePO (or equivalent)
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills
    • Ability to learn quickly and work with multilayer problems
    • Strong desire to understand and work with our customers
    • Comfortable in an ITIL process-driven environment
    • Project task delivery
    • Solid understanding of system monitoring and interpretation of performance data

      

      

    The ideal candidate

    Shifts (06.00-14.30, 13.30-22.00, 08.30-17.00)

    On Call duties (extra payment)

    VOG (Declaration of good conduct) will be required
