I will now be leading the product strategy for the main Twitter app and our consumer products.
After several years on the developer products front, our mobile platform could not be healthier. Crashlytics; the company I co-founded is now part of Twitter. In terms of usage and distribution, it is now #1 in mobile performance. Answers, our analytics solution was just recently ranked #1 most widely used for mobile analytics. Also, our mobile platform Fabric is healthy and growing. I'm proud that we are virtually on all active Android and iOS devices impacting over a billion people daily.
Now that Fabric -- Twitter's mobile platform -- has launched, I am leading the product marketing and growth efforts for the platform. This includes the positioning and build out of our sites including fabric.io, answers.io, crashlytics.com, digits.com, all product and feature announcements, as well as leading our growth strategies within the products themselves.
After Twitter acquired my company, Crashlytics, and launching two additional product lines there, I moved into a broader role in preparation for the launch of our mobile platform.
In that role, I oversaw all of experience -- including design and user experience -- as it relates to Developers and our non-consumer Products. This includes digital experiences via our websites (dev.twitter.com, fabric.io, crashlytics.com, twitterflight.com), product experience across our services and tools (Fabric, Crashlytics, MoPub, Gnip, etc), as well as physical experiences for our live events (Twitter's Flight conference, Apple's WWDC conference, Google's I/O conference, etc).
Beyond the experience, also focusing on growth through building a strong, rabid ecosystem around the Twitter Platform.
After the acquisition of Crashlytics by Twitter, I oversaw the product experience and launch of two additional product lines, Beta by Crashlytics and Answers by Crashlytics.
ACQUIRED: Twitter acquired Crashlytics for 9 figures - its largest acquisition to date.
I co-founded Crashlytics with Jeff Seibert. From day zero and through the day of acquisition, and beyond, I focused on the product, design, growth, and product marketing.

A preview of what LinkedIn members have to say about Wayne:
I’ve worked closely with Wayne through various product launches and repositioning efforts, and he's the one of the best marketers and branding experts out there. What makes Wayne different is that he brings a unique perspective and thought process to each and every one. He’s an agent for change, totally shifting the way each team thinks about success and impact. The first major launch we worked on together, we wrote the tagline out on the whiteboard and he circled six of the eight words. He wanted to know what kind of emotion each word would make someone feel, which helped me be a better marketer. Sentences aren’t just sentences, they’re comprised of words that engineer emotions according to Wayne. Anyone that works with him knows how passionate and dedicated he his to getting things right; it's simply unmatched.
Lit my fire and put out a fear in less than an hour; impressive. His ability to inspire and talk on level ground is admirable.
