It’s so important for a team to be comfortable with communicating both what’s working and what’s not if innovation is to succeed. If the culture doesn’t support taking risks and being willing to address mistakes, learn from them and iterate to improve upon them it’s impossible for new ideas to take hold and succeed. Celebrate when someone raises a concern, asks a question. Invite the quiet ones into the conversation. They’ll feel more supported and will likely perform at a higher level.
