🚨 Known Issue in the ServiceNow Xanadu Timesheet Portal 🚨 When adding time for activities like meetings, out-of-office, or admin tasks, the total hours do not display in the "Day" section. I’ve recorded a video demonstrating the issue and walking you through the workaround provided by ServiceNow. 💡 Workaround: 1. Navigate to the Time Sheet Week Breakdown Widget and replace the line #10 to below in the body HTML: <span ng-if="breakdown.hours != 0 && (breakdown.tasks == 1 || breakdown.tasks == 0)" tabindex="0" aria-label="${{{breakdown.srLabel}} {{breakdown.date}}, total hours is {{breakdown.hours}} and {{breakdown.tasks}} task}" role="group">${{{breakdown.hours}}}</span> </div> If you prefer not to apply the workaround provided by ServiceNow, a fix for this issue is scheduled to be included in the Yokohama release. #ServiceNow #Xanadu #servicenowcommunity

What if No ACLs match? What does ServiceNow do? The ServiceNow documentation says that if no Table and no Field ACLs are found to match then you are granted access. However in a real wold test it seems that ServiceNow have beefed up security and now deny you access if no ACLs match. Note that this is not due to the Default Deny property as that applies when only Wildcard ACLs match - but in the test done there were no active wildcard ACLs to match. #servicenow #servicenowdeveloper #servicenowadmin #servicenowtraining
