It's about to go down! I got this email a few months ago and wanted to send a reminder to all my Besties that utilize Facebook & Instagram to allow your customers to shop. NEXT WEEK, 4.24.24, you will no longer be able to link out to your business website to complete your sales. Meta is requiring all e-commerce businesses that use this feature on the app to enable the SHOP Feature. This will require all customers to make purchases thru the Instagram/Facebook app and will NO LONGER allow you to tag product images that link back to your website. There are, of course, pros and cons to this and I state some of them in the video below. However, one major con, especially for smaller businesses is that we are no longer able to drive traffic to our websites, collect user data, and these changes may hinder your ability to obtain email addresses to add to your email list. POV: You realize you can get so much more done when you schedule out your day 🤍 I know you’re a busy entrepreneur and carving out time in your schedule for “me” time or self care or, heck, just getting enough sleep every night, can be challenging. 😱 What I find that works really well for me is, scheduling out everything in my day that’s important to me. Including time for fun, play dates with my momma friends and doing things like laundry and meal prepping and writing/editing social media posts ahead of time. 🙌🏻 This way (along with visualizing exactly how I’d like my day to go), most everything gets done with ease while being FUN to do! Even things like folding laundry -which I feel like I do almost every day now🤣- I put my ear buds in a listen to a business training or a personal development podcast. This is what works for me. 🥰 What works for you for “getting it all done”? I’d love to know!
