I appreciate that Nassim was willing to weed through our several levels of authorization needed in order to get to a place that made sense to take the first step into our firm to share the stories with our Cultural Diversity & Inclusion members. Camp Bayan was a Freirean summer program that I conducted for young girls (12-15 years old) in July 2008 in Tehran, Iran. The project utilized Theater of the Oppressed techniques to improve young girls' expression and conflict resolution skills.
