Jeff Green: marketers should not reject complexity. Rather they should EMBRACE it. The reasoning being: when you don't educate yourself and embrace complexity, you allow your vendors (agencies, tech platforms, walled gardens, etc) to profit by obfuscating it. There's a tradeoff: a marketer's demand for simplicity can be someone else's arb. Between Directive's launch of "Stratos" & Exit Five's launch of "AIDave" this week, B2B marketers are starting to get the strategic guidance, insights and actions they've been craving.
