Represented Casino Essentials and ICGIP, the leading providers of Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Title 31 compliance training, certification, and eLearning solutions for the Gaming Industry, in their sale to Vector Solutions, the leader in industry-focused eLearning and SaaS performance support solutions.

Serve as outside general counsel to Dexcom, a publicly traded medical device company transforming diabetes care and management by providing superior continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology to help patients and healthcare professionals better manage diabetes.

Represented Parallel 6, a cloud-based solutions that engages patients for clinical trials, in its sale to PRA Health Sciences. The New York office of Simpson Thatcher provided legal counsel to PRA.

Serve as outside general counsel to Stimwave, a medical device company with a wireless micro-sized device cleared by the FDA to treat chronic neuropathic pain throughout the body, including representing Stimwave in its $50M financing.

Represented NuTech Medical, a medical device company focused on amniotic products for a variety of surgical and wound care needs, in its sale to Organogenesis. The Boston office of Foley Hoag provided legal counsel to Organogenesis.

Serve as outside general counsel to Air Wisconsin Airlines, a regional airline with a 65 jet fleet. Represented Air Wisconsin in its negotiation and execution of a five-year capacity purchase agreement with United Airlines.

Represent Sustainable Growth Management, a fund focused on providing growth capital to companies in the energy generation, water, waste management, recycling, waste clean-up and efficiency industries, as investment counsel.

Represented TriLink, a provider of highly modified nucleic acids used in life science research and manufacturing, in its sale to Maravai. The acquisition was funded by GTCR, an $11 billion private equity fund. The Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP provided legal counsel to Maravai and GTCR.

Represented the Biocom Purchasing Group in the negotiation and execution of its $1B+ purchasing group lab supply contract with Fisher Scientific.

Represented Rapid Bridge, a provider of ASIC design and development technology, in connection with various key licensing agreements, its acquisition of Quantum Think, its strategic financing and its acquisition by Qualcomm (NASDAQ:QCOM). DLA Piper provided legal counsel to Qualcomm.
