As Chief Executive Officer of Temenos, my mission is to work alongside the passionate and committed Temenosians to help financial services institutions transform, innovate and succeed.
I’ve spent my career driving revenue growth and spearheading transformation for technology companies around the globe.

For the past 14 years I served as VMware’s Executive Vice President for Worldwide Sales, based in Silicon Valley, where I grew total revenue from $10B to $13.5B and maintained operating margin and cash flow during VMware's transformation journey to becoming a SaaS-first company, increasing ARR from $2.2B to $5.5B.

Prior to VMware, I was Senior Vice President and General Manager, EMEA at Business Objects (now part of SAP), from 2000 to 2008. I’ve held senior management roles in some of the largest technology companies in the world—including IBM, Sun Microsystems, and Unisys—navigating complex and competitive environments and scaling multi-billion dollar businesses.

A lifelong advocate for diversity, I've consistently prioritized talent development through inclusion across geographies. I am an ally and advocate for women leaders in tech.
