“Jason and I met each other when placed on a team with one another at the beginning of our tenure at Deloitte Consulting. Of the 6 or so of us on the team, Jason quickly took the opportunity to lead the team towards the task at hand, actively seeking input from all team members and serving as a mentor both from a leadership standpoint, as well as a knowledge base. Jason was calm and collected in the high-stress situations that came about, and was very easy to work with. His personality helps further his capabilities as a leader and mentor, and it is unfortunate that, after the week-long engagement, we have not had the chance to work together since. I would gladly work with Jason again, and hope our paths have the chance to cross professionally in the future. He is a valuable asset to any team, and brings a unique outlook based on his wide array of experiences to any set of problems he encounters.”

As a team, we managed the consolidation and conversion through Kanban methodology. I assigned a Business Analyst to an IT group, and they were responsible for performing intake and proposing how to consolidate catalog items. I'd work with the BAs and developers to perform QA on the intake and variables, and then developers would create the catalog items. Before production, the BAs would run UAT with the catalog item owner.
We consolidated 400 catalog items down to approximately 100, which decreased support requirements while increasing usability of the catalog. -

Planned and executed the upgrade of >30 SMART boards for the Technical Training team at CP. This included scheduling cutovers to occur across CP's locations (>20) over a one-week time span without significant disruption to planned training courses that utilize these rooms. Once cutover to the new hardware was complete, we completed a second round of cutovers for Teams and application of security and GPOs to the boards. This was also completed without any disruption to planned training courses.
By completing this upgrade, we reduced the number of incidents per month for these boards from 50+ to less than 5, resulting in cost savings for the organization by not having delays, cancellations, or rescheduling Operations Training Initiatives. -

We implemented a solution whereby the symmetric keys were protected at rest and in transit via asymmetric encryption of the symmetric keys. Project was successfully delivered as a ScrumBan project (that's a significant accomplishment for a 2 year project!), and helped usher in CI/CD tools (such as Octopus, Artifactory, and XRay) to the organization.
