    ✔ I provide strategic direction for the People/Systems & Operations team at Roosevelt and work to strengthen and advance HR systems and processes within our talent management spectrum by using strategic communication tools, an empathetic approach, and of course staff perspective.
    ✔ Build organizational culture and talent practices that ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion are infused within all programs across the entire institute by constantly reviewing policies, processes, and systems that are equitable for the entire organization.
    ✔ Establish and uphold labor contract, while maintaining a positive working relationship with the union.
