  For the first time, timeshares, vacation clubs, yacht share and yacht charters are together under 1 roof. It took a lot of trial and error, mostly error, to get here.

  · Main responsibility is Podium Speaker for the Regency vacation travel program. Maintained a personal VPG over $500 and Store VPG over $600.

  · I am still responsible for BayClub timeshare sales and conversions to RCI Points System. (While as the BayClub Vacation Sales Director, I realized that the only way to sell the remaining off-season inventory was to convert the resort to RCI points. In order to do that, I needed someone to take responsibility for the maintenance fees of that inventory. The natural thing to do was to bring my Boss at Regency into the BayClub equation. It ended my job as a BayClub contractor but gave me a new project to sell at Regency.)

  · Recruited by Sales Director to drive up sales and bring in maintenance fees.
  
  · Sold proficiently enough to exhaust "seasonal inventory" eighteen months ahead of schedule at Sterling after selling out Newport inventory in Newport.
