-Assess client’s medical and mental condition, prioritize client’s needs and resource requirements in crisis situations, plan treatment objectives, and contribute to crisis intervention.

-Developed and conducted training programs for various departments to ensure consistency with following all standard operating procedures; maintained the pharmacy’s safety and efficacy.

-Interacted with account managers to identify incorrectly coded aspects of pharmacy benefit plans, and quickly corrected these errors once they were identified so as to allow our client's employees to use their benefits as intended without our clients paying out more benefits than the contract called for

-Adjudicated a combination of initial and reconsideration Social Security disability claims for the State of Ohio, including various specialized and high priority claims.

-Requested medical evidence of record from the various medical sources pertinent to the claim; followed up on these requests via phone; ordered additional tests as needed and interpreted the results.

-Conducted interviews with claimants, family members, and/or other pertinent third parties in order to clarify the claimant’s alleged impairment(s) and the resulting functional limitations.

-Prepared written justifications of decisions, using all the available medical evidence, vocational history and other available evidence.
