I have always been a creative person, one who can look at a piece of furniture, a room or a house and envision it at its greatest potential. The agents at Century 21 North Country Agency soon realized this and pushed me to pursue a side business in home staging. They saw my hidden gift as a great asset to their business goal, selling houses! I attended training and became an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP). As a seller or an agent, you want your property to sell for the most money in the quickest amount of time. Once you put your property on the market, it is no longer your home but a product that will be compared to many others. Like all products, it must be priced right and it must stand out from the competition! How? By making it clean, clutter-free and staged to present it best features. Staging gives houses mass appeal and attract more buyers and ultimately, more offers! I am thrilled at the opportunity to provide a creative service to help homes sell and look forward to uncovering the full potential for Superior Home Staging.

• Evaluate and analyze marketing, advertising and public relations activities for three offices to create a marketing plans
• Organize event sponsorships and design additional advertising including direct mail, newspaper, signage, social media and press releases
• Maintain and upkeep multiple offices listings online, monthly marketing reports, monthly lead and website hit count reports and social media
• Provide customer service for clients and agents while maintaining all office operations
• Prepare and provide regular verbal reports including market research

Direct all marketing, advertising and public relations activities for an outdoor shopping center. Create and implement annual marketing plan and budget. Coordinate retailer communication, design and placement of print, broadcast and in-mall advertising, media relations, market research, financial statements and accounting in an effort to promote the shopping center, increase traffic and generate sales.

• Develop marketing plans for expanding into new products, services and geographic areas to operate
• Re-design and maintain the company's website
Keweenaw Young Professionals provides opportunities to connect and grow through community engagement. There are many ways we hope to achieve this mission. Some of our ideas include fostering professional and personal development, networking, civic engagement, business development, knowledge and talent development, community succession and local utilization. Additionally we host monthly social networking events and organize volunteering opportunities with local non-profits.

The Mission of the Keweenaw Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors is to build an exceptional community, advocate for a strong business climate and provide value to our members. Ambassadors serve as a liaison between the Chamber and its members, and continually strive to improve the level of personal customer service Chamber members receive. Through periodic visits and phone calls to new, prospective, and existing members, Ambassadors assist members in fully recognizing the benefits of membership. Ambassadors further assist the Chamber in gaining a better understanding of members’ business needs and in developing service to meet those needs.
I believe that an engaged Chamber of Commerce builds a stronger community and a better business climate. By growing the Keweenaw Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Program, I hope to assist our community in accomplishing both.
