One of the greatest things about working with people that are different from you is that you approach life from different perspectives. In the end, that's what designing is all about, how the team has the same problem in front of them, but the proposed solutions become stronger when different voices are heard, considered, and actioned upon. I always find that cookies are a great way to start collaborating with your teammates. Just sayin'...
