The importance of recognizing achievement. At the end of every month we tally up the attendance of our members. If a member attends 16 or more classes in that month they're put in a drawing for a prize. Usually a gift card, massage or cash. If that member attends 16+ classes three months in a row we get them a custom tee. We use this to signify their devotion to their fitness and overall health. It's so important to address those who are putting in the consistent work. Showing up when they don't want to. Being present when they want to be on the couch. Consistency over everything. Celebrate wins. Express gratitude.
