Such democracy should flourish in our country too

We can’t let this publication be advertised as a regular ads from #ICRC. “ OUR NEUTRAL ROLE” Read it and Tell us how this publication can be “neutral” ? We really have to work on the foundations of those international organizations. it shows the clear parti pris of their leaders and a misleading leadership. At the end of WWII, the SDN was closed and the UN was opened in order to prevent and make this “NEVER AGAIN” !!! Once again here my statement at the UN in 2021: 2021 marks the 85th anniversary of the death of Stefan Lux, who tragically took his own life at the Palais des Nations, during a meeting of the League of Nations, in a desperate attempt to call attention to the Nazi menace threatening European Jews and the destruction of all of Europe. Sadly, Lux’s pleas were ignored. As much of the world lay in ruin, the League of Nations became a mockery.      We urge the UN to learn the lessons from this catastrophe. We have been ringing the alarm about rising global anti-Semitism for years. Far from being an ally against this scourge, this Council has been propagating lies against the sole, democratic nation-state of the Jewish people. Those smears do not remain in the halls of the Palais. They are used to justify terrorism against Israelis, of course, but anti-Semites around the world also employ them as they attack vulnerable diaspora Jewish communities. Business as usual at the UN risks leading this organization to the same fate as the League of Nations. An urgent course-correction is needed.      Thank you, Madam President.
