India’s Rising Prosperity.
I disagree because we are not looking beyond closed walls. Our strategy is a complete failure and we are just befooling ourselves and our future generations. Time will surely curse us as we curse our predecessors.Jai Hind
Proud of such a visionary PM. Wish you continue as PM for 30 more years
Modi Govt weeded out 1.86 Crore Fake farmers 2.5 Lakh Fake Companies 4.2 Crore Fake Ration Cards 2 Crore Fake MNREGA Cards 4.11 Crore Fake LPG connections 28 lakhs Fake Madrasa Students This entails cumulative savings of Rs 2.73 lakh crore to the nation.. Under PM Modi's leadership, ✅ FPI investment is at record high. ✅ 65% of FDI received in last 23 years has come in last 9 years. ✅ India is favourite investment destination now.
Honourable PM Sir, for the benefit of the common man of India, a relook into the defined tax structure and % (10, 20,30 etc) of tax bands is need of the hour. Request the possibility of relooking to the same. Maybe a lower flat % can work better to maximize the amplitude of reaching out to tax fillers , increase tax returns in future and also it may solidify the Per capita income as well. Also the honest tax payers should get some benefits/ viable schemes seperately in terms of health and education. That may encourage more tax payers to contribute as well...
Once again Modi Ji!
Modi ji this is encouraging and there are other reports as well from international agencies appreciating India’s progress in last 9 few years. As a tax payer this is good feeling, however, Finance ministry need to think about providing some good incentives to tax payers in the form of better facilities like access to good medical facilities (AIIMS), priority access to pass port offices, Government offices like DDA, MCD, Police stations, etc. This will give us tax-payers a sense of happiness and encourage more and more to join the bracket. I am saying this basis on below 2 logics: 1). Tax payer is paying double tax (Income tax and GST). 2). Facilities created using tax payers money is largely not used by Income tax payer like govt schools, govt hospitals (as most of us using private facilities) and other govt facilities. Finance ministry talked about such initiative couple of years ago but no progress. Thank you for looking into this.
India has progressed well in the the last 10 years. There is lot of infrastructural growth wheter it is rodaways, railways, airways or wate ways. Much grogress has taken place in the digital field. Economic well being is descrnible in the life of common man also. But still we have to go a long way. The petro prices are high but at the same, number of vehicles are increasing on the roads. This shows most of the people can afford. But there is a section of low income or low middle income group people who ply on scooters who faces the pinch. There are people in villages or cities who have low income, there plight need to be addressed. Those who are not highly educated or having poor educational level should concentrate not on jobs but skill development. They should concentrate on activities kike, carpentary, electrical, barber, AC mechanic etc etc. There is lot of scope in these field than getting petty jobs. Everyone cannot set up a start up or be an owner of a unicorn. The govt is aware of these and is doing in the field of skill development etc. But the need is change of mind of the public as not to go for acedemics but concentrate on self emploment.
Anil Padmanabhan It is wonderful to see the Honorable PM use statistics to highlight developments. A few points: - Income distribution in India is highly skewed. In such cases Median rather than Mean would be a better measure. - In India, incomes below Rs 3 lakhs are not taxed. So the data does not represent how many people fell below 3 lakhs? Did that segment also grow implying increasing inequality? - The ITR numbers are those who filed taxes. It is certainly a progress that there is a much greater compliance - almost 4X increase. Congratulation! - However, we cannot conclude that increase in income tax filings implies rise in prosperity across the board. - Finally, though the post above claims support from two sources (SBI report, Mr. Anil Padmanabham) , they are really one report. Mr. Padamnabha is simply reporting on SBI report. Nevertheless, kudos to PM Office for using some data to illustrate their point. Hope we see more of this.

2yCorrupt people are appointed on high positions. Even if complaints are lodged, your government does nothing. I have lodged complints to PMO as well. I can give you several examples of corrupt people being appointed on very high positions ignoring serious complaints against them. It is so annoying that while there is so much corruption, you talk about India's Rising prosperity. You also give slogan, "na khaunga na khane dunga", but in reality there are so many who are doing corruption and your government is doing nothing rather it is protecting the corrupt officials.
