Yesterday event we had the biggest Julia event in Eindhoven ever! Over 200 people showed up. Perhaps it's time for a JuliaCon Eindhoven conference? :) We had interviews, a great talk by Chris Rackauckas and a final panel discussion. I loved the atmosphere and questions from the audience! I got to present the two culture problem, this time together with Keith Myerscough. We both believe this problem is the root cause of our professional suffering, where #julialanguage can provide significant relief. I asked Chris to take a picture of my presentation, but he was too busy making selfies :) Fortunately he made a selfie with most of the JuliaLang Eindhoven organizers in the background, such as Jorge Vieyra, Dmitry Bagaev and Tom Lemmens. And you can see how crowded the room was with participants. Very impressive event, organized by Bas van der Linden and his team!
