Interesting variance by industry, e.g. in Chemicals lower availability of Change Stories โข Change Impact highly varies. Impact for implementations ~ 50 users: much less impact on organization and people / Also high variation among industries โข Defining and implementing new business processes + end-users enablement is lower rated - could be that projects are more IT driven vs. business driven โข Some Industries like Chemicals donโt do measurement at all, others like Public do more measurement. โข Companies with more users or from Financials donยดt do more measurement (was an assumption from me.
