MAINTAINING JHMCS | Collins Elbit Vision Systems, a joint venture between Collins Aerospace and #ElbitAmerica, was recently awarded a $25+ million contract through the United States Air Force Sustainment Center, Robins Air Force Base to support the Joint Helmet Mounted Cueing System (JHMCS) with repairs & maintenance. Work will be performed in Talladega, Ala. and Fort Worth, Texas. The expected completion date is by September 2026. The JHMCS provides #Pilots with high off-boresight weapons engagement capabilities. The system, also available in a night configuration, enables the #Pilot to accurately cue onboard weapons and sensors against enemy aircraft and ground targets. CATCHING UP IN S.C. | Staff from the offices of U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham and U.S. Senator Tim Scott made a visit to #ElbitAmerica's newest facility in North Charleston, South Carolina to learn about the various capabilities that are produced on site for the US Army. The top-of-the-line facility took nearly two years to construct and officially opened in early 2023. It's predicted the 135,000-square-foot facility will spur hundreds of millions of dollars in economic impact to the state, while contributing to the nation’s industrial base.
