The fact that Larry is willing to publicly acknowledge he was a skeptic but wrong after studying the space should post a soul-searching question to all others who may manage slightly less than $10 trillion AUM like BlackRock does: Bitcoin might be nothing. With immense honor, my wife Eva Wang and I are beyond thrilled to announce our recent donation of Chris Burden's Path to Xanadu to Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), now part of the museum’s permanent collection!   This incredible piece, brought to life by the Chris Burden Estate and TRLab, showcases how the digital medium can transform artistic expression and offer new interactive experiences. Initially conceptualized in 2008 but unfinished during Burden’s lifetime, this visionary digital cityscape exemplifies the remarkable potential of frontier technology, such as blockchain, in enabling and elevating art and culture.    When Eva and I visited LACMA more than a decade ago and first saw Urban Light, we were immediately captivated by Burden’s genius to create timeless cityscapes and communities with performance and installation art. Those 100-year-old historic streetlamps brought us a profound sense of peace and romance. Today, Urban Light and many other of Burden’s masterpieces have already become the crown jewels of LACMA and a point of pride for the whole City of Angels. We are delighted to welcome Path to Xanadu home and consider it a continuation of Burden’s grand vision, now immortalized on a digital canvas.    As long-time art enthusiasts, it has been a real joy to experience the confluence of technology and art in recent years. This donation marks another significant moment of tokenized digital art entering one of the greatest art museums in human history.
