I totally agree with the speaker message. One of the things postal sector needs is the support of the government. Unfortunately, most of the government machineries are considering postal business as defunct and dying business. However, if someone does the detailed analysis of overall postal business through the BCG model and KPMG modeling, one can see the huge opportunities to nurture and harvest the fruits from postal business. I am happy to help with struggling postal business to work on strategy and create a balance score card mechanism for their sustainability and survival in a challenging business environment.
