☔ Did you know that Singapore receives an average of approximately 2,500mm of total rainfall in a year? After a heavy downpour, Singapore waterways often turn brown because silt gets washed off from exposed earth surfaces and construction sites. To tackle this problem, good Earth Control Measures (ECM) need to be implemented. PUB, Singapore's National Water Agency, receives more than 1,500 drawing submissions every year to seek approval for construction works requiring ECM. As the current process requires time and an experienced eye to review the drawings, PUB was looking for a solution that can reduce the time spent on reviewing these plans.
