I may not be launching rockets or training Astronauts anymore, but I have still have a strong desire to inspire the next generation to reach for the stars. As such, Gwendolyn & I are designing and hopefully soon building the largest Astronomical Observatory in Maine. Learn more here: https://lnkd.in/g39v2ine

That's awesome! I'd love to visit a true observatory! I was able to see Arecibo in my youth. Thought obviously not an observatory, the closest I've come to such. Launching rockets was fun, though, I may go back but currently my personal hours often include researching the latest advancements in astronomy and physics. I love your plan, and truly hope to see your efforts some day.

Cool Idea and what a great time to do it. There will be lots of interest with all the upcoming moon activities.
