I was excited this week that we’ve launched Imagination Technologies' hybrid working framework, an innovative response to the new world of work from a company founded on a capacity for innovation.   Working collaboratively with staff focus groups, we’ve created an industry-leading framework that offers huge flexibility to our people, meets the needs of the business, and maintains our positive momentum.   Why does it matter so much to me? This is a significant positive step forward in evolving our business and culture. We are also incredibly proud to have implemented hybrid when many other tech companies are still in the planning or discussion stage.   What does it mean for our people? Colleagues can split their working time between home and the office, in tune with the lifestyles and demands of the modern world. It also gives us access to a pool of talent beyond our already global locations (and we are hiring, so do take a look).   While the debate about hybrid will no doubt rage on in some areas for ages, Imagination has decided our direction, implemented a plan, and is getting on with life.   The core elements from my POV are:   ·      Split time between office and home. (We always have the choice to work in the office full-time)   ·      Core company communications are online so people never miss out   ·      All office locations have significant improvement to AV infrastructure so colleagues can collaborate effectively regardless of their location (and that’s just the tip of the iceberg of our office redevelopments).   ·      ‘Teams’ based environment to ensure easy and consistent communication with one another   ·      Request up to two weeks international working at the start/end of your annual leave - perfect when visiting family   ·      Flexible approach – anything can be considered   The devil is in the details though and I’m thrilled at how agenda-less and progressive the scheme is (I didn’t develop it, so I can say that!) https://lnkd.in/eQM4R8M   #HYBRIDWORKING #SEMICONDUCTORS #GPU #people #tech #culture #innovation #futureofwork
