The GEA Blue Wave goes global! When O2 concentrators were needed at health care facilities in India to combat COVID19, GEA India answered the call. Partnering with T Works, the team assembled O2 concentrators, which can consistently deliver over 90 percent oxygen at a rate of five liters per minute. The O2 concentrators were donated to under-equipped hospitals and clinics in India.

This week we joined families and staff to cut the ribbon on the new GE Appliances Kitchen inside Visually Impaired Preschool Services (VIPS) in Louisville. Part of “Kids Town,” this kitchen helps teach real-life skills to the students there. Our partnership with VIPS is also extra special. The son of two of our own, Taylor Gehring and Ryan W. Gehring, is supported by the services offered at the preschool.
