That's a wrap! Thank you so much to all 225+ attendees from over 90 high schools across 18 cities and 4 countries for joining us for our first Junior Economic Club International Fall Forum. Our members came from our chapters in Chicago, New York City, Toronto, Nashville, San Francisco, Atlanta, Austin, Istanbul, and Dubai. We are extremely grateful to have heard from our speakers Matt Renner, President of US Enterprise Commercial at Microsoft, and Swish Goswami, Founder of Trufan, who discussed their career paths and leadership advice for high school students, as well as our Panelists Lucas Chang and Henok (Henny) Yeshanew who spoke to the effects COVID-19 has had on their businesses and the impact that high schoolers can make. Our members from around the world also had the chance to meet each other in our 29 breakout rooms in addition to participating in the Financial Forecast Activity throughout the event. View our upcoming events with the Yale Club of Chicago as well as Ellen Beeson Zentner, Chief Economist of Morgan Stanley, on our website at https://lnkd.in/eNRnDmw. The Junior Economic Club of Chicago is proud to offer free access to events like this in its mission to provide equal opportunities to all youth, regardless of background or socioeconomic circumstances.
