Ebay is hold funds for 30 days on items that have been shipped, received / signed for, postive feedback given, muliple messages sent to me of how happy the buyer is but i can get paid but ebay took their fees out immediately
I am disgusted with ebay. You don't care about your sellers AT ALL. You need a way to help resolve issues with customers that isn't just 'Issue a Refund '. I gave waited 3 weeks to get a return request removed and you're still holding a substantial amount if money from me. On top of this, you don't care a hoot that buyers bid, win and then don't honour the sale. Ebay really has gone to the dogs.

I closed my EB account today because of the harassing threatening emails I get that my account is going to be restricted or closed because of "below" standards. Fine! I just closed it. I'll take it elsewhere to another platform where I'm not constantly sent emails to bring my account up to (your antiquated) standards.
ebay was restrict my account and said ebay manger will help to reinstated your account and i was ask for manager email or contact no but they will not give me and i don't have any manger of ebay so no one appeal on my behalf so my account is still restrict because of manger not reply or manger will not doing his work or ebay not doing the work or punished me . after 15 days ebay will masage about manger but it is not working and after 15 days they didn't reply of my single mail and i connect to aby via help center and type mail from here and also send appeal but they did not reply. it was like a night maire in one morning i am bankruptcy becouse of ebay team will not there work . i request to ebay reinstated my account. https://www.ebay.com/str/oceaworld
Hi, I have a major issue with a seller on ebay Australia, I bought a car off the seller and he lied in the description. He knew prior the car was damaged at the front and even admitted to it in a message. When I contacted the arrogant bastard he told me I should count my blessings, then pay for the damage that was not visible in the listing. Then he failed to sign the registration papers which then had to be mailed to him and then returned costing me time and money. Then when I try to communicate with the seller he refuses to reply, he will not even discuss any form of full or partial refund. To make matters worse when I phoned ebay so called customer service I get told to go to help pages that lead nowhere and then I was hung up on. I will take the seller to court. While I am at it I will take ebay to court at the same time, for allowing false advertising and deceitful sellers to get away with making knowingly false claims to rip-off buyers. I expect you to take action against the seller and assist me in recouping some of if not all of the money, as if you read the messages the damage is more than I paid for the vehicle. I wanted to share direct with you issues I have been having recently with EBay. I would really appreciate someone contacting me ASAP as it cannot be right people like me who have had an account with eBay for many many years and on the odd occasion I have needed to speak to someone the customer service has been outstanding is experiencing such issues now. I complained about this seller weeks ago and was told I would have the wait till the delivery date went by and then another week for the seller to respond. Sellers who are ripping people off know how to get round the system, extend the delivery date and EBay do not investigate before it ends and a week after that, which in turn allows this to happen. I really wanted to discuss my finding with someone with regards to this.
You have a toxic culture and your employees in UK think they are the last word. Equitable you are not. Trusted you are not. There is no redress from the Ebay bullies. Law unto yourselves in every aspect. All this "waffle" won't change a thing. Your culture is toxic.

2moI sold a knife, I've been attempting to get my payment for 4 weeks, only to have it sent back because ebay didn't send the initial Micro deposits. 4 weeks in, they finally sent the Micro deposits so I could finally get my money... AND BAM! EBAY PERMANENTLY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT AND WILL NOT TELL ME WHY. THEY SAY THEY ARE KEEPING MY MONEY INDEFINITELY! EVEN THOUGH I SHIPPED MY ITEM THE DAY IT WAS PURCHASED AND THE BUYER IS SATISFIED! HOW IS THIS LEGAL.
