Many UX writers are looking for their next opportunity (or their first) and with the current situation, interview processes are nowadays completely online. An interview is hard enough in person, doing it over a screen makes it extra hard. Simply because you can't read the room and it's tough to find points of connection with the person on the other side of the screen.
