"It's not dumbing down, it's opening up." is something I find myself repeating over and over as I quote Sarah Richards. It's times like these that we can all benefit from communicating clearly. Think about it, it's already a stressful situation as it is, to on top of that having to look up terms to better understand what's actually happening.
