Cities are called to action to become sustainable. Mobility is the single thing which, if solved, could increase the quality of life for its residents enormously. RACC, a motoring club with around 1.000.000 members, is adapting to the changing times offering new mobility solutions to its members. They are transforming from an automotive club into a club of services for mobility. RACC is with a long experience in mobility-related topics, and savvy about the mobility ecosystem. A natural evolution for them is to become a MaaS aggregator. At #SCEWC19, we had a chance to learn about RACC's #MaaS solution. The City Trips app that lets you access all shared mobility and public transport options available in a city without having to use a different app for each one. "Mobility-As-A-Service is key to making mobility more effective, sustainable, and healthier, in the end, increasing the quality of life of people." "Shared mobility and MaaS can also help nurture public transport. Intermodality helps bring more users," said Lluis Puerto, Director Fundación RACC, at the @Smart Mobility Congress #SMC19.
