As I mentioned here before, Knowledge Graphs are the new Black! Even more important, they are a fundamental building block of a data driven enterprise powered by #appliedintelligence. NLP & Content Analytics techniques are key to hydrate a KG, enrich it and truly unleash its power. Attached is a introduction to KG that my esteemed colleague Teresa Tung and I presented at Strata London 2019. #analytics #datadriven #ai #artificialintelligence #contentanalytics #nlp #knowledgegraph
Excellent summary. KGs organize information the way we do albeit at a larger scale. They are the key foundational technology to turn black box AI into glass box AI where we better understand why models fit the way they do. And to challenge and change assumptions when they run up against or ethical frameworks. The future of AI is better understanding of and interaction with the models. KGs help get us there.
Rediscovering hypertext, feeling the power of semantic web and unleashing the knowledge graph beast. This is what it takes to realize that knowledge management is central to AI application to any domain, at least until AGI happens.
Jean-Luc Thanks for lifting the hood on some IP. Even better news here... Image and language processing is getting better every day.
Thank you so much for sharing.
Great slides. We've been building a knowledge engineering derived expert system and have been focused on how to capture human domain expert knowledge of how they apply the integrated knowledge in a knowledge graph to solve complex problems in cyber defense. We pioneered the concept of shareable 'cognitive playbooks' that capture the step by step workflow of human domain experts in cyber defense to automate processes like argument-driven inquiry for use cases like detecting adversary behaviors and then building out logical arguments in knowledge graph form with the conclusion.
Wells said Jean-Luc Chatelain!!! And, as you know, accenture Labs are doubling down on KG to extend the capabilities of ML.
Great summary of KG potential! Gabriel Martin and Toni De La Prieta Antoli good connection with Jean-Luc Chatelain for our KG use cases in HR domain.
"Knowledge Graphs are the new Black" because we live in a #KnowledgeEconomy! Accenture and Google should evolve the "knowledge graph" into the future of the "Knowledge Economy" worldwide.
Excellent overview JLC and Teresa.
Developing Data Strategies, Standards and Platforms for Meaningful AI in Finance and Education
5yAlways happy to see new use cases and success stories in the field of Semantic Web and Linked Data:) Great job, @Jean-Luc Chatelain! However, after being active in the field of Semantic Web of nearly 20 years, both in industry and academia, in projects scaling from simple PoC's to national, there is one question, which came to my mind, when I saw your presentation. Namely, what is the maturity level of your technology stack? In my latest development project we run into quickly into scalability issues at the level of hundreds of billions of triples when we used a cluster of mainstream triple stores. I am curious to learn how your solutions scale.
