"Forget users; think people" I really enjoyed Kasia Luczak's take on how we all need to stop using "users" as part of our language and start incorporating "people". In the end, we're people designing, coding, writing, researching to find solutions to problems people have. When we speak about people, we are making sure our approach is more human. And it all starts by changing ONE word. #uxwriting

Agreed. Think of how the term sounds layered into vaping apps, recovery apps, gambling apps, relationship apps. “Customer” and “consumer” could go too. And as HCI ramps up ever faster, people experience become ever more relevant. It might also reduce the amount of effort that has to be expended on obviousness like “delightful experiences” or “customer empathy.”
