Being dumped is the best feedback. It stings a bit but it forces you to reevaluate the work you do, who you are and the legacy you want to leave. The truth is we all leave a legacy but not all of our stories will be the same. Millennials are the salt of the earth... they will bring out what is on the inside of an organization.
