Our products and services are a conversation that users have with our brand, we should all take more time to make sure that conversation flows naturally and that we're actually guiding our users to help them complete their tasks.

This quote right here really got me thinking: "Testing with placeholder copy isn’t a true test of usability (or your product). Users can get hung up on the smallest details like typos, or incorrect monetary values, and that’s a waste of your time."
